Red pepper Flakes
Whole Wheat Penne
Put 3/4 c thawed frozen broccoli florets, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp minced garlic and pinch red pepper flakes in a bowl; microwave broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes. Toss in 3/4 c cooked whole wheat penne and sprinkle with salt and pepper; microwave until hot. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
