Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (6 oz) nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons light coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons nonfat milk powder
- 1 banana or 1 apple or 8 strawberries (fresh or frozen) or 3/4 cup seedless red grapes or 1 small orange or tangerine
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter or 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon unsweetend cocoa powder or 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
