Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (6 oz) nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat milk powder
  • 1 banana or 1 apple or 8 strawberries (fresh or frozen) or 3/4 cup seedless red grapes or 1 small orange or tangerine
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter or 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetend cocoa powder or 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and frothy.
