Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless Pork Loin
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 C Ketchup
- 1/2 C Orange Juice
- 4 Tbs Honey
- 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1.5 Tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 C Water

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork loin in a slow cooker. Mix together all ingredients except cornstarch and water. Pour over pork. Cook on low 4-6 hours until ready to shred. Shred pork. Pour juices in a sauce pan and heat to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water into the sauce. Cook until thickened, add back to meat. Freeze. To serve, thaw and serve over rice.
