Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cans fruit pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, nelted margarine, oil, eggs, vanilla, salt and flour.
Put 2/3 of mixture in Jelly Roll Pan, then put Pie Filling on top of
the mixture and then add the rest of the mixture on top the Pie filling.
Put in oven and Bake at 350 for 35- 40 Minutes.
When done put Powdered Sugar Glaze on Top When Cool.

POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE
1 LB BOX POWDERED SUGAR, 1 TEASPOON SOFT BUTTER, 1 TEASPOON VANILLA AND ENOUGH MILK TO MIX WELL ENOUGH TO SPREAD ON CAKE.

I USE 2 DIFFERENT KINDS OF FRUIT PIE FILLING AND PUT ONE KIND ON ONE END AND THE OTHER ONE ON THE OTHER END. I DON'T MIX THEM.
