Banana Bread (Silver Willow)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 c oil
• 2 c banana
• 2 c flour
• 2 t baking soda
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t all spice
• 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sugar, eggs ad oil together well
Add banana.
sift dry ingredients together.
mix dry ingredients into wet.
add 1/2c chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Makes one large loaf.
