Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped frozen spinach
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup uncooked scallion
- 1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and put into prepared pie pan sprayed with pam. Cook 375 till you put a knife into it and it is done.
