Ingredients
- pasta
- thin strips of chicken breast, pork or beef
- olive oil or peanut oil
- cut up onion, garlic, broccoli, carrots etc
- 1-2 T butter
- soy
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
cook pasta separately
stir fry meet in the oil
when the meet is almost done, add veggies and cook for 2 more minutes
then add the butter.
drain pasta and combine with meat and stir fry for 3 more minutes
add soy, salt and pepper to taste.
