Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 3 c semi-sweet choc chips
- 3/4 c butter
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c marshmallow cream
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c salted peanuts
- 14 oz package caramels
- 1/4 c butterscotch chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Coat 13x9 in baking pan with spray. Melt 2 c choc chips and 1/2 c butter in med saucepan over low heat, stir til smooth. Remove from heat. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour. Spread in pan, bake 12-15 m in or til set. Cool. Melt 1/4 c butter in med saucepan over med-high heat. Stir in sugar and 1/4 c cream. Boil 5 min. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, 1/4 c peanut butter and peanuts. Spread evenly over baked layer. Cool. Cook caramels and 1/4 c cream in sm saucepan over low heat, stirring until caramels are melted. Spread over marshmallow layer, cool until set. Combine 1 c choc chips, butterscotch chips and 3/4 c peanut butter in sm saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat til melted. Spread over caramel layer. Chill 30 min or til set.
