CHICKEN FRESCA

Ingredients

  • 8 oz breast
  • 1 oz chicken stock
  • 1 oz butter
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 oz apricot preserves
  • 1 1/2 oz white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chicken in 1 1/2 tsp olive oil for 1 1/2 minutes

Boil down remaining ingredients for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.

Pour over breast.
