Ingredients

  • SOAK OVERNIGHT:
  • 3 lbs. onions
  • 3 lbs. tomatoes (green)
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 large or 3 small cucumbers
  • 3 tbsps salt
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3-1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsps tumeric powder
  • 5 tbsps dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut these ingredients and bring water to top. (Soak overnight - Ingredients)

2. Next morning, boil for 30 minutes.

3. Strain in collander.

4. Mix in bowl Other Ingredients.

5. Bring to boil until thickened.

6. Mix into boiler with other vegetables.

7. Boil into pickles for 15 minutes.
