- 1/4 Cup Canola Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
- 3/4 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 (6 Ounce) White Fish Fillets

¼ Cup Canola Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
Scant 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Powder
Mix tartar sauce ingredients together in a small container and refrigerate.
1 Teaspoon Paprika
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Celery Seed
¼ Teaspoon Cumin
¾ Teaspoons Kosher Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Mix seasoning together in a small cup.
4 (6 Ounce) White Fish Fillets
Pam
Heat a large skillet to medium high and spray with pam.
Add the fish to the skillet and sprinkle half of the seasoning mix on top.
Cook 2 minutes, turn over, and cook 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle the fish with the remaining seasoning and spray with Pam.
Turn and cook 2-3 minutes more until the fish flakes.
Put on plates and top with tartar sauce.
Serve with Zucchini and Carrots with Walnuts (omit the walnuts) (60).
