Chocolate Confectioner Icing

Ingredients

• 4 c confectioner sugar
• 1 c softened butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
• 4-5 tsp milk or heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter
Add vanilla
Gradually beat in sugar
Add chocolate and milk/cream
Beat till fluffy, about 5 mins
