Ingredients

  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped (and soaked in water for 10 minutes if not using a high-speed blender)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more milk if you desire a thinner consistency. Serve and enjoy!
