Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium zuncchini halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 16 oz jar marinar sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water
2. Heat oil and cook zucchini until browned and crisp (5-8 minutes)
3. Add crushed red pepper, marinar and reserved pasta water
4. Toss pasta with sauce and divide among 4 bowls
