Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 turkey breast cutlets (4 ounces each)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow baking dish, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, oil, marjoram, pepper, and salt. Add the turkey cutlets, turn to coat, and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat a grill or a ridged grill pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the grill grates or grill pan. Grill the turkey, turning once, until just cooked through, about 3 minutes,
Serve with the lemon wedges.
