Chocolate Icing*

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2/3 c unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1 1/3 c confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and cool to room temp
Beat butter and add sugar till fluffy 2 min
Add vanilla
Add chocolate at low speed and increase to high for 2-3 mins
