Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 2%Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced and 1 clove falved
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 romaine lettuce heads halved
  • 4 oz bread cut into slices
  • 1/2 pound penne
  • 1/4 cup sliced radicchio

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk first 6 ingredients and minced garlic
2. Grill chicken, romain and bread
3. Rub grilled bread with halved garlic and tear into pieces
4. Cook pasta and drain.
