Dennis's Oyster Dressing

Quick and easy oyster dressing recipe! Just mix all of the ingredients and put into a casserole dish and bake! This will become your go-to recipe for oyster stuffing!

Ingredients

• 1 can chicken broth
• 1/2 loaf white bread, torn in small pieces
• 1 sleeve saltine crackers, broken in small pieces
• 2 eggs
• 1 pint oysters
• Salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Add all ingredients. Using enough oyster juice and chicken broth to make the mixture soupy.

Bake at 250°F for 2 hours. Start with the casserole dish covered, then uncover and let it get lightly brown on top. Don't let the mixture dry out.
