Ingredients
- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 1 Lb Cream cheese
- 1 c carrots, grated
- 2 tbsp Chives
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp, peeled deveined, butter flied and rinse

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese and carrots in a mixing bowl by hand. Add crabmeat, salt, pepper and chives. Mix until paste is formed. Stuffed the shrimp. Lay on the lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes
