  • 4

    Cups flour 1½ lbs walnuts

  • 1

lb butter 1 lb confectioner sugar

  • 6

    Egg yolks 6 egg whites

  • ½

Dough Balls: Mix the ingredients for the dough balls together. Make small balls of dough and put on was paper. Refrigerate overnight. Roll dough balls out onto a floured surface into flat circles, place 1 or 2 teaspoons of filling into the middle of the circle, roll the dough into a crescent shape. DO NOT overfill them or they will burst open when cooked. Cook at 350 degrees until they turn slightly golden. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
