Easy Rhubarb pie

Ingredients

  • Crumble top:
  • 2 c rhubarb, chopped or enough to fill pan
  • 1 sm pkg strawberry jello
  • 1 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Mix the crumble top ingredients well

Preparation

Step 1

Put rhubarb into pie shell. Sprinkle DRY strawberry jello on top of the rhubarb. Top with mixture of sugar, flower and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until bubbly.
