Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 6 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded carrot
  • 2 cups shaved fennel
  • 2 tablespoons fennel fonds
  • kosher salt
  • ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and celery seeds together in a small bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the cabbages, carrots. fennel, and fennel fonds in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until completely blended.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
