    cups chicken cut into bite sized pieces

    Tbsp olive oil

  • house seasoning

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • ½

    /cup half and half

  • 2

    Tbsp butter

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • 1

    pkg chicken bullion or 1 Tbsp granules

  • 5

    cups frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1

    ready made pie crust

  • 7

    frozen biscuits


Brown chicken in olive oil and season to taste. Stir in cream of chicken soup, half and half, butter, chicken bullion, and sugar. Add mixed vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste. Place ready made pie crust in pie plate. Spoon in chicken mixture. Bake at 375 for 2o minutes. Top with biscuits about 1 inch apart. Bake another 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
