Chocolate Saltine Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line saltines on jelly roll pan with heavy duty foil.

Heat first 3 ingredients to boil (slowly) & boil 3 minutes.
Pour over saltines and bake at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle w/choc. chips and return to oven to soften (2-3 minutes.)
Spread & cool thoroughly.

Break into peices.
