Olive Nut Filling*

This is a good spread for crackers, lettuce or bread.
It will keep in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup salad olives
  • 2 Tablespoons olive juice
  • Dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese, then add Miracle Whip. Blend well.
Stir in pecans, olives, olive juice and pepper. Mix well. The filling will be mushy, but after it is refrigerated for a few hours it will firm up to spreadable consistency.
