Ingredients
- 8 * 8 cups cold water
- 1 * 1 cup of limejuice and the zest from the limes
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup honey or 2 cups of sugar
- * A large handful or two of fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
1. Pour everything into a large pitcher and puree with an immersion blender. You may also finely mince the mint and simply stir it in or puree some of the ingredients in a smaller blender or food processor before combining everything together in the pitcher.
