Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a saucepan on the stove. Stir constantly until boiling. Let boil 1 minute without stirring. Remove from heat. Place in cold water and beat until desired consistency. Pour on top of brownies and let set.
