Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Lg. head iceberg lettuce, sliced/torn
- 6 bacon stips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup chow mein noodles
Preparation
Step 1
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Shake well. Chill for 1 hour. Just before servining, combine the lettuce, bacon, almonds, seseame seeds and onions in a large bowl. Add dressing, toss. Top with chow mein noodles and serve.
