BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 16 oz pizza crust, pre-baked
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Mexican-style cheese
  • 1 can (7.5oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450F. Toss chicken with half of the BBQ sauce. Place pizza crust on baking sheet, sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Arrange chicken and black beans over crust. Sprinkle with onion and cilantro. Drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce. Add remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Cut into 6 large slices.
