Ingredients
- 4 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Table salt
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a small nonreactive bowl. Gradually whisk in oil so that the mixture emulsifes. Just before serving, stir in chives.
