Pepper Jack Bacon Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 12 ounce elbow macaroni
- 10 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled reserve 1 tbsp bacon grease.
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounce shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni until al dente. Place butter and bacon grease in a larage pan. Saute onions, bell pepper and jalapenos for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic. Whisk in flour and stir. Whisk in Half and Half, chicken broth and cream cheese. Top with more cheese and bacon.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes
