- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 cups organic green oak leaf lettuce
- 1 small avocado– pitted and peeled
- 3 cups coconut water
- 1/8 teaspoon stevia or 2 soft pitted dates
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
