Southwest Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano and salt; brush over both sides of chicken to coat. Grill chicken over medium-hot briquets 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once. Serve immediately.
