Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (3 ounce) box lemon jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup salad dressing or Miracle Whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) box raspberry jello
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Place hot water in a large bowl, add marshmallows and stir to melt, add lemon jello, stir, add cold water, cream cheese, salad dressing, pineapple, pour into casserole pan, let set.
Mix raspberry jello as directed, pour over lemon jello, let set.
Top with whipped cream.
