Ingredients
- 2 c unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 c oats
- 3/4 c + 1 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c butter or margarine, softened
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 c Realemon Lemon Juice from concentrate
- 1 16oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 T cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. With mixer, beat flour, oats, 3/4 c sugar and butter until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 c mixture; press remaining mix on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min or until lightly browned.
With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Spread over baked crust. Combine cranberry sauce, corn starch and 1 T brown sugar. Spoon over cheese layer. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 45 min or until golden. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate.
