Directions

1. put beef tonque and all ingredients in stockpot. 2. Simmer until tender. 3. Slice according to the desired size. 4. Brown mix level tablespoon of flour. 5. Dissolve in 1/2 cup of lard 6. Pour mixture in simmering tonque sauce. 7. Add mushrooms, a dash of pepper, olives. ANOTHER RECIPE FOR LENGUA: 2 pcs tongue 5 cups water 1 small can tomato sauce 1 small can cooking oil 1 small can soy sauce 1 small can flour 1 small can vinegar NOTE: USE THE CAN OF THE SAMLLSIZE OF TOMATP SAUCE. Procedure is almost the same like the first recipe
