Ingredients
- 1 medium size beef tongue
- 6 tbsps soy sauce
- 6 tbsps vinegar
- 6 tbsps tomato sauce
- 4 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
1. put beef tonque and all ingredients in stockpot.
2. Simmer until tender.
3. Slice according to the desired size.
4. Brown mix level tablespoon of flour.
5. Dissolve in 1/2 cup of lard
6. Pour mixture in simmering tonque sauce.
7. Add mushrooms, a dash of pepper, olives.
ANOTHER RECIPE FOR LENGUA:
2 pcs tongue
5 cups water
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can cooking oil
1 small can soy sauce
1 small can flour
1 small can vinegar
NOTE: USE THE CAN OF THE SAMLLSIZE OF TOMATP SAUCE.
Procedure is almost the same like the first recipe
