Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons honey, optional
  • pineapple wedges, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.

the recipe was pretty good. I added about a 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and little less ice.

I tried it and I had to add a lot more pinapple and ice. For my taste, it had too much banana. My mom loved it though.

This is great. My daughter- in- law makes smoothies for the twins and they would love this. Like the boys say" juice momma"! lol

Added some vodka was pretty good!

Delicious!! I Added some vanilla yogurt. Very good snack.

Very good. I added a cup of vanilla yogurt to the mix and some coconut rum for my serving.
