Lemon Chicken

  • 6-8 skinless boneless chicken breast (or thighs,drumsticks)
  • 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate - thawed
  • 3 Tblsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tblsp white vinegar1
  • 1/4 cup flour - approximately
  • salt
  • pepper
  • small amount cooking oil



Step 1

Dredge chicken pieces in flour salt and pepper
Brown in cooking oil.
Drain chicken pieces of excess grease
Place in shallow dish

Mix lemonade concentrate with vinegar and brown sugar, pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 375F for 45 mins. Turn chicken and baste and bake for another 15 mins.

Serve with rice, green salad and dinner rolls.
