1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2-3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper

1. Mix mustard,balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt until well Blended. Pour in oil, a little by little, and mix until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.Serve over your favorite salad
