  • 2 (1/2lb) bunches of radishes with leaves
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. spray rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. Trim 2 (1/2-lb) bunches radishes with leaves, reserving leaves. Halve radishes lengthwise. Toss radishes, 1 tsp olive oil and 1/8 tsp salt on prepared baking sheet; spread into single layer. Roast until radishes are tender and lightly browned, 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through roasting time. Stir in leaves and 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce. Roast until leaves wilt, 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
