Ingredients
- 9 inch baked pie shell
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 ounces unsweetened liquid chocolate
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 5 eggs
- whipped cream
- shaved semi sweet chocolate

Step 1
Prepare and bake pie shell; cool. In mixer bowl, cream butter; add sugar slowly, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes at lowest speed after each addition. Spoon into pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve garnished with whippped cream and chocolate.
