    inch baked pie shell

  • 1

    c. butter

  • 1 3/4

    c. sugar

  • 5

    ounces unsweetened liquid chocolate

  • 1 1/4

    tsp. vanilla

  • 5

    eggs

  • whipped cream

  • shaved semi sweet chocolate

Directions

Prepare and bake pie shell; cool. In mixer bowl, cream butter; add sugar slowly, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes at lowest speed after each addition. Spoon into pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve garnished with whippped cream and chocolate.
