Honey Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 t. baking powder
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/3 dups sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease and flour pan. Combine flour and baking powder and set aside. Beat eggs until light then add sugar and honey. Beat this until thick, at least 10 minutes. Add flour mixture, beating only until smooth. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 mins. or until cake tests done. Cook in pan 10mins. Turn out and finish cooling on wire rack.
