Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 (3 oz) bar bittersweet chocolate, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Preparation
Step 1
1. heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In a bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Slowly beat in egg, vanilla extract, melted chocolate, and flour mixture. Stir in chips and chocolate chunks.
3. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 4 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Press into 3-inch circles. Bake 11 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes on baking sheets; cool completely on wire rack.
