Ingredients
- 1 packent dry yeast
- 2-1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sale
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups high gluten flour
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespon salt
- Coarse Sea Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in water with sugar and salt
Add olive oil
Add flours and mix until smooth
Place dough in glass bowl and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon)of dough and roll into breadsticks from the center out until 12 inches long and 1/4 inch in diamater.
Placed rolled sticks on parchment-lined cookie sheets, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Oncle golden brown, let them cool on the sheets and serve.
