  • LOAF OF WHITE BREAD – ABOUT 21 SLICES, OR LESS

  • 1 1/2

    PKGS OF CREAM CHEESE (12OZ)

  • 3/4

    CUP SUGAR

  • 12

    EGGS

  • 2 1/4

    CUPS MILK

  • 1

    CUP HALF AND HALF

  • 2

    TBLS. VANILLA

  • 2

    TBLS CINNAMON, OPTIONAL

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 GREASE WELL A 13X9 CAKE PAN CUT BREAD INTO FOURTHS. PLACE IN THE PAN. WARM CREAM CHEESE IN MICROWAVE, MIX WITH SUGAR TILL WELL BLENDED. SLOWLY ADD EGGS. MIX ON HIGH TILL WELL BLENDED. ADD MILK AND CREAM AND VANILLA AND CINNAMON. POUR OVER BREAD. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES, OR UNTIL SET. OR, COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350, LET SOUFFLE SIT AT ROOM TEMP FOR 15-20 MINUTES. COOK FOR 45 MINUTES OR TILL SET. SERVE WITH MAPLE SYRUP, BACON AND FRUIT.
