Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/12 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour, stir vigorously on low heat about one minute or until forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs continuing beating until smooth. Put in oven for 35 to 40 min. until puff and golden. Cool away from draft. Cut off top.
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolk, slightly beaten
2 tsp soften butter
2 tsp vanilla
Blend sugar, salt and cornstarch in a sauce pan
Combine milk and egg yolk, gently stir in sugar mixture
Cook over med heat stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils and stir for about 1 min. Remove from heat stir in butter and vanilla
