Ingredients
- Harissa Butter:
- 4 salmon filets
- 3 tbsp. Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. each: smoked paprika and garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. each: ground caraway seed, ground cumin and ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook slamon over medium-high heat on a well oiled grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, stire together remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove salmon from grill and immediately top with dollops of Harissa Butter
