Ingredients
- 1/4 C. BASIL LEAVES CHOPPED
- 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 1 T. LEMON JUICE
- 1 1/2 TSP. SALT
- 1/2 C. SOFT UNSALTED BUTTER
- PINCH OF SUGAR
Preparation
Step 1
BLEND BASIL AND GARLIC IN FOOD PROCESSOR. ADD LEMON JUICE, SALT & SUGAR. THEN ADD BUTTER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
