Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup wheat flakes
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 T wheat germ
- Honey
- 2 T Maple Syrup
- 4 T butter
- Cinnamon, optional
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots (or other dried fruit)
- (Can use some unsweetened apple juice concentrate in place of some of the sweetener/butter)
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9 x 13 pan. Mix oats, wheat flakes, nuts, sesame seeds, coconut, and wheat germ in it. Drizzle with honey. Melt butter and mix with maple syrup - drizzle over oat mixture. (Optional - sprinkle with cinnamon.)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 or 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add dried apricots (or other dried fruit.
